Interlink Digital Group Limited runs Interlink Digital Studio on studio.interlink.digital. This page covers public accounts and the film you make.

What we keep

Your email, name, password (stored as a hash), plan, Stripe customer and subscription ids, and a record of what you generated (the prompt, seconds used, and cost in pence). Files you generate stay on your own account.

Mail we send

We send account and billing mail to the address you gave, through Interlink’s Postmark account: confirm the address, payment and plan notices, a forgotten-password link, and what to do next. We only send mail about your account and billing. Stripe sends the card receipt. We also send ourselves a daily operations digest of pages opened and error counts, and a short notice when a video finishes (job and asset ids, length, brand, and cost — not your email address).

How the site is watched

We keep a first-party record of pages opened on this site so we can see what is used. We store the path, a code that is not your IP address, and a broad browser type. We do not store your IP address or the query string.

Your work stays on your account

Your films stay on your account. They are not used to train another account. Quick Vid cannot publish, and it cannot appear in someone else’s library.

Payments

Stripe handles card details. We store customer and subscription ids, not card numbers.

How long

We keep the account and the record of what you generated while the account is active. You can ask us to close it. Files stay on your account.
